  1. Charges shall be at the rate prescribed by SMTS Pte Ltd and may fluctuate from time to time in
     accordance with company policy.
2. Payment terms is 30 days from date of invoice.
3. The customer will inform SMTS PTE LTD in writing 30 days prior to the termination of services.
     In the event of termination of the agreement, the customer shall be liable for charges up to and
     including the date of termination of the Agreement.
4. There is no registration, activation, commissioning and monthly subscription fee. Only airtime
     usage is chargeable at ***Refer below which will be borne by ________________________.
